Appearance

lithe, tall, straight blond hair with a long fringe he keeps pushed back neatly at work but loose over his forehead on rare times off duty, olive eyes, often poised and straight backed, often wearing light colored suits, usually has some kind of sweet food on hand, not very smiley but has a genuinely attentive expression

Personality

withdrawn but composed ー doesn't carry his name nor reputation with pride but is sure of his capacity, determined to the point of flaw ー can be one-track minded with goals but balances with quick outside-the-box thinking, hides a very vulnerable and starved for affection side

Background

As the son of no less than Georgy Ivanov, a reputable scientist known for his contributions in microbiological technology, and brother to Gavriil who followed their father's footsteps with a focus on vaccines, Mikhail has always felt that his life had been laid out for him to follow with his head down even before he was born. His mother Yulia was an award-winning figure skater who supported him in his interests; baking and skating. His father disapproved but didn't forbid him from many things other than strict studying until his mother passed in an accident that changed their family forever.

He spent his summers and holidays in Russia with his influential and wealthy grandparents, and never experienced even the slightest financial insecurity in his life, as a result, he had never met a person who looked at him beyond his surname and family background. Feeling rather invisible, he threw all of his emotional needs on the first person who gave him more consideration than most, which resulted in a heartbreak after a toxic and draining three-year relationship abuse. Falling into another relationship happened quickly, and was just as damaging as the previous. 

All this happened while he was between accelerated classes, even finishing university with Latin honors at an early age and his masters not long after. He never got along with his jealous brother because of his gifted intellect, just as he had a hard time with his ambitious father.

Right after graduate studies, he landed an impressive position in The Connections as part of the research team that worked on Eveline. 

He harbors a deep secret however: he caused a string of events that had his father and brother killed. So far, no one knows about this, not even his trusted security agent.

- A quick learner who tends to fixate on certain skills, he picked up a hobby of lockpicking which later became hacking and turned a love for sweets into a passion for baking
